No Audio on the Videos In The App - iPhone

Problem:

With iPhones, videos in the app are played without sound.

When the iPhone is in "mute" (ringer - silent), the video will play without audio on the POWERUP app. On native apps, such as Safari, the video will play with audio even when in "mute". 

Solution:

Move the "mute" switch to off (ringer on).
