Nausea can happen from motion sickness. Motion sickness is a condition in which a disagreement exists between the movement you see and your sense of movement.
In VR mode, your head is staying in the same direction, but the image moves horizontally. This conflict, for some people, after some time, may cause nausea.
To overcome or even prevent that, some precautions are helpful.
Start with short VR flights; 30 seconds to a minute, before you try to drain a full battery by a ten minutes VR flight.
Don't use a head strap for the VR viewer! The strap provided with the POWERUP FPV is not a head strap, it is used to secure your smartphone in the VR viewer. Hold the VR viewer in your hands while flying. This gives a sense of control your mind needs.
While the airplane turns, you can follow it with your body, at a lower rate.
