Backerkit is a system we use to collect shipping addresses from our backers, it also helps us manage and monitor the fulfilment process of the project.
ORDER STATUS - survey not answered
This status indicates you have never provided any shipping info for your order, please follow the wizard which will take you through some survey questions, offer additional addon options for your order and ask you for your shipping instructions.
ORDER STATUS - survey answered and unlocked
This status indicates you provided shipping instructions and you can still make changes to your order like adding or canceling add-on items or changing your shipping address. We will; typically leave this option open until we start production of our kits.
ORDER STATUS - Order locked
This status indicates that your order is locked and cannot be changed. You can however still update your shipping address. we will typically leave this open just before we process your order so you can make last minute changes to your address.
ORDER STATUS - Address locked
This status indicates that your order and address is locked and can no longer be changed. At this stage we will transfer your order information to our fulfilment center for picking and packing your items and prepare them for shipping.
ORDER STATUS - Order shipped
This status indicates that your order has shipped, you will have now access to a tracking link on your account , we will also send you a separate email notification with the tracking link.
