Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link.
If you did not receive an email notification or are not sure what your order status is, please head over to HERE
The tracking link will take you to the DHL Global Mail website tracking page.
DHL Global Mail is in most cases a door to door trackable service. The service will ship your parcel using DHL cargo planes to the destination country, there it will be handed over to the local post service which will manage custom clearance and delivery to the final destination.
Every shipment will have 2 tracking numbers, one for the DHL tracking (DHL calles this customer confirmation) and one for the local post tracking, see example below.
Transit time between our fulfilment center in Atlanta you the final destination depends on many factors.
Note that due to the Covide 19 virus extended delivery time should be expected to some destinations. Red countries cities or counties may not have any delivery service at all with DHL until the situation improves, if in doubt, please check with DHL what destinations have restrictions.
Domestic USA orders:
US deliveries should expect 3-8 days delivery time from receiving the tracking notice. Delivery provider will be USPS.
International orders:
International deliveries should typically expect 10-21 days delivery time from receiving the tracking notice. Final delivery provider will be your local post office service.
You can expect your parcel to travel to one or more international DHL hubs, one of the main DHL hubs is in Germany and this is why you may see your parcel showing as arrived in Germany while on the way to the country of destination.
The Local post tracking information will be available only after the parcel was handed over to the local post office and that parcel was registered and number updated on the DHL website. Note that in some countries the post office may not update the local tracking number, in this case we advise to contact your local post office and enquire status of your parcel.
Once the parcel is delivered to you, the local post office would update DHL and this will then be marked as delivered on the DHL website.
