Missing thrust left motor / incident report

Hi folks, Since one week one of the two replaced flight kits has no trust at the left motor while operating. The right motor has its typical up and down while playing with the angle of the smartphone and adjustment of gas. There is no mud, gras etc. visible at the bearing and if I turn the propeller it feels like there is not more friction as the right motor generates. Is it possible that the avionik is confused or has drifted and needs a reset? Many thanks for your support and tips to fix that problem! Stay save Regards from Germany Henrik
