Syncing problems? Try connecting like this.
Featured AnsweredWhen I first received my PowerUp 4.0, I had problems getting it to sync with my iPhone. I'd select the model, then click "fly" and it would sit there as if it were connected (but it wasn't) for some time before popping up the "not connected" screen. I'd try turning the PowerUp off, and on, but it always took a while and I couldn't understand why.
I think the key is to open the app with the PowerUp module itself turned off. Then, once you select your model and click "Fly", wait until it shows you the "not connected" screen, *then* power on your PowerUp module. It usually connects within a couple of seconds, and you're all ready to fly!

Hey Trent
Thanks for the feedback!
A common mistake is trying to connect the "old" way of bluetooth pairing. This old method actually disrupts the auto connect method the powerup 4.0 was designed to do in the first place. So your method actually directs doing exactly that - instant auto connect. Perhaps we can look into designing the UI so the user flow is similar to what you suggested.
