Specifically here are some points for your consideration:

• Charging during flight -  answer is yes, possible.
• What voltage? -  same as any usb charging -  5V
• What Amp? that is more challenging. the more the merrier and will let you extend your flight time, BUT to get actual continues flight you will need to supply at least 750 mAh for each motor. so around 1-1.5 A which is alot....

• Max weight, again this depends on the aerodynamics of your wing. Our module weight is around 20 grams and max thrust is around 35 grams, so you can do the math of you plane efficiency and decide what panel to use.
