Can't fly the Hammerhead model

I'm loving my Powerup 4.0 and have flown all the models including the FT F22 foam model and the Tornado Updraft balsa model. All with varying degrees of success and my favourites are the Onslaught and Firestrike.

HOWEVER, I have been completely unable to fly the Hammerhead model. I've tried different weights of paper and it makes no difference. It goes for about 2m the crashes.

Can any who has had success with help at all?
