Samsung S20FE does not work at all

Does anyone else have and Samsung Galaxy S20 FE? Have you been able to get it to work with the PowerUp 4.0? I have tried everything I can think of and have not been able to get it to work. They never sync or even show a hint of syncing. My older Samsung S8+ worked fine so I know the PowerUp 4.0 works.
