Hi, I believe that the Search and Rescue community can benefit if you would add an ultra-small GPS logger and enable GPS track download after the flight. Suitable small GPS chips with embedded logging capability are available for quite some time now. Added weight can easily be less than 1g. 0.3 g for a chip, 0.6 g for an antenna, and the rest of the circuitry.

  Thanks for this post Dusan, I have shared this idea with our design team. You are able to source out a 3rd part GPS product and mount to your existing POWERUP 4.0 as long as it is under 0.7 ox/20 grams.
