What you see:
• The smartphone app continues to say Searching - there is no connection between the smart module and the phone.
• The app shows signal strength and battery charge level at 0.
What you should do:
1. In your smartphone, make sure that Bluetooth has been turned on.
2. For Android smartphones, enable "location" on your phone.
3. In your smartphone, turn off WiFi.
4. If the problem persists, follow this procedure.
