Throttle control
With the Twin Motor app version, you can control the thrust either by the throttle on the screen (Touch mode), or by hand gestures (Motion).
In the Motion mode, you have to use a pouch set on the upper side of your hand. Roll by tilting the hand left or right; increase thrust by pointing up, and reduce thrust by pointing to the ground.
See more about take off with Motion control here, and understand more by reading here.
FlightAssist (TM)
This feature help to regain altitude while banking.
- ADV - for Advanced pilots. In this mode the roll control is more accurate and is not moderated.
- BEG - for beginners; while banking, the application will increase accordingly the thrust, to avoid loss of altitude. Roll commands are moderated, to avoid spiral dives.
- OFF - turns off the increase of thrust during rolls.
Rudder Reverse
In some rare cases, the rudder is installed reversed; means when you command a left turn, you get a right turn. to fix that, just reverse the rudder behaviour with this toggle.
Trim
The improved Trim option allows you to electronically trim your rudder. By trimming the rudder, you set the value of its Zero Command position, allowing you to compensate for the motor torque and any misalignments of the body.
To trim left, just press the "-" sign. To the right use the "+" sign. Each tap changes the rudder position by 5%.
Dual Engine Toggle - allows you to control two PowerUp 3.0 modules at once.
